Our team works on a level system which measures creativity, education, and experience. The primary goals of our Salon Level System within Ivy Rose Hair Studio are to provide a career path of growth and achievement for team members and to offer several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to salon services. Guests may choose the stylist/level that compliments their requests from skill set to education, and budget.
Kaitlyn
Level 4 Stylist
Salon Owner, Kaitlyn, started her career in 2006. She has always aspired to own a salon so that she could create the perfect experience and atmosphere while building relationships for her guests as well as her team. When she found this space in 2020 she started on the journey to accomplish just that. She has an attention to detail that ensures her guests' final look is tailored specifically to them, leaving them feeling flawless every time. She enjoys every day with her stylists and loves watching them create incredible looks for everyone that comes through the front door. Kaitlyn has put an emphasis on education and feels that it is not only extremely motivating, but a priority when striving to be the best version of yourself. She has trained under some of the top stylists and educators in the industry and is always focused on learning the newest color and cutting trends as well as techniques, helping her stay up to date and create the greatest hair possible!
Ashley
Level 4 Stylist
Ashley has spent the last fifteen years coloring, styling, and creating hair dreams. She has attended many trainings and master classes to continuously educate herself and perfect her craft. Her specialty in the salon is creating natural, lived-in hair color, using specific techniques that customize your desired look. Seamless, flowing layers are her specialty for the long-haired lovers. Her passion for bridal and special occasion hair stylings has led her to bring countless brides' hair visions to life. She's always willing to take the time to be sure her clients are confident in recreating their individual style and they leave feeling their very best. She feels it is her purpose to make those around her look and feel beautiful.
Kimberly
Level 4 Stylist
Kimberly has been behind the chair for six years. She specializes in balayage techniques and works with long and thick hair. She has a passion for creative color and color corrections. Kim is also a makeup artist with seven years of experience. She is also certified in NovaLash Eyelash Extensions. Kim is able to do it all – she can service your needs from lash lifts to eyelash extensions and even color and cuts. When you look beautiful, you feel beautiful, and that is the kind of happiness that Kim strives to give to everyone who sits in her chair!
Jamie
Level 3 Stylist
Jamie is a hairstylist with 14 years of experience behind the chair. After a rigorous two-year training program, she became an expert in cut and color. Jamie has a passion for lived in color as well as long, layered haircuts. She thoroughly enjoys and cares about the relationships she builds with every guest while making them look and feel their best! Jamie is always continuing her education through various training programs and classes. It's Jamie's goal to create and achieve your hairstyling desires!
Brianna
Level 3 Stylist
Brianna has been working behind the chair for 14 years. She specializes in and has a passion for balayage, highlights and fantasy colors. She loves working one-on-one with each guest to bring all their hair goals to life. She is passionate about making her clients feel and look their best while being able to have creative freedom in her chair. She believes that self-care is very important and always ensures her guests leave feeling confident and beautiful!
HollyAnn
Level 4 Stylist
HollyAnn has been behind the chair for ten years. Her favorite thing about the beauty industry is the endless amount of growth and learning there is, where the limit for success is never ending. She LOVES meeting new people and making personal connections with them. She comes from a background in education and art therapy & science. This craft truly did give her the best of both worlds allowing her to create art while also making her guest feel more confident with every appointment. She loves formulating colors while figuring out tone & depth for her clients.

HollyAnn is very accepting of all challenges that face her and her guests' hair goals. She makes sure that she thoroughly educates them on the process going forward. Empowering people, especially women to be their best self and feel confident when they walk out of the studio is something she values most. She loves color, including all warm & cool tones, blonding & balayage services, as well as rooted/color melt techniques. She is also truly a girl with passion for the textured, beachy, lived in styling. She wants to be the one to make your hair different.
Sharon
Level 3 Stylist
As a woman who is always on the go, Sharon has learned how important it is to find time for yourself. She focuses on providing a unique salon experience that makes you feel loved and empowered. Her goal is to not only have you leave her chair enjoying your hair, but feeling refreshed, renewed and continually supported. With 20+ years in the industry, she has invested countless hours of education and hands on experience in blonding and hair cutting. As a cutting specialist, she takes pride in the amount of detail that goes into her guests' final looks. She can customize your appointment from start to finish putting an emphasis on placement, color tones, and hair health for both blondes and brunettes. Working with you to develop methods that maximize and ensure hair health during your service is Sharon's first priority! If you want that beautiful sun-kissed style while maintaining your hair health, Sharon is your girl!
Delia
Level 2 Stylist
Delia has four years of salon experience and has a passion for hand painting, styling, and education within the industry. During her year of training at Ivy Rose, Delia pursued classes at Vidal Sassoon, Masters of Balayage and Wella Studios. She feels so lucky to be able to follow her passion for hair and has felt encouraged by all of her fellow Stylists. She cannot wait to watch her career continue to grow as she welcomes everyone to her chair! Delia vows to continue her education and stay up to date on all cutting techniques and color trends. She is ready to help her clients achieve the hair of their dreams so they can feel beautiful and confident, and she is so excited to work alongside the amazing Ivy Rose team!
Lauren
Level 4 Stylist
Lauren is a Hair Stylist with 20 years of experience. She has built long-lasting and meaningful relationships with all of her clients over the years and has enjoyed every minute of it. Lauren is very detail-oriented and passionate about her work. She specializes in blonding and special occasion hair and has many years of experience with these services. She has acquired quite the impressive resume throughout her career and has worked at big events like New York Fashion Week and the Cannes Film Festival in France, giving her the opportunity to work with some of the best Designers and Artists in the industry. Whether she is behind the chair or overseas, her journey has led her to her newest hair home at Ivy Rose Hair Studio. Lauren truly loves making her clients feel comfortable and excited about their hair and excels in achieving all of their hair goals. She is so excited to welcome her existing and new clients into Ivy Rose and help them attain the hair of their dreams!
Lindsay
Level 2 Stylist
Lindsay has 14 years of experience as a Hair Stylist. She has worked on and off during those years, while also being a wife and a mom, caring for her family and clients alike. She has trained with many professionals and spent time in NYC, specifically with color and cutting. This is where Lindsay was able to master her techniques and find her passion for custom color and long-layered haircuts. She has really enjoyed building relationships with all of our clients that’s have walked through the door and is looking forward to making stronger connections as she starts this next chapter back behind the chair.
Ariana
Level 4 Stylist
Ariana has been a hairstylist for over 10 years, receiving extensive training from numerous educators and programs, including Vidal Sassoon. She specializes in blonding, lived-in color, precision cuts, fashion colors, and Great Lengths Cold Fusion hair extensions. Her passion for the industry keeps her engaged in all the latest color and technique classes to stay updated with the newest trends. Ariana's top priority is to make her guests feel welcome and become the best version of themselves.
Susanne
Salon Coordinator
Many of you may wonder who the voice you hear when you call the salon belongs to! Meet Susanne, our extraordinary salon manager and bridal coordinator! She goes above and beyond to ensure the guest experience is one to remember from the time you call to book to when you check out at the end of your service. Her smile and laugh radiate throughout the salon from day to day and contribute to the unique experience of Ivy Rose Hair Studio. Her countless years of experience in the salon environment only add to her professional approach to her day behind the front desk. She will gladly answer any question you may have and makes sure she gets it right the first time. Whether you come in for a haircut or want to totally change your look, Susanne is your first step to a flawless experience.
