CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

At Ivy Rose Hair Studio, we understand that things come up and plans change. We have a flexible cancellation policy in place to accommodate our customers' needs. Out of respect for our stylists' time, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to rebook the appointment time.

  • If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours notice or is a "no-show" the day of an appointment, there may be a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.

  • We require a credit card to hold appointments for services that are more timely.

  • We reserve the right to deny appointments to clients who repeatedly cancel or "no show."

  • We value your business and want to make sure that you have the best experience possible. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

LATE POLICY

Out of respect for our clients, for those arriving more than fifteen minutes late, your appointment will be honored at your stylist's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed in order to stay on time.

WHEN BOOKING ONLINE

In order to simplify your online booking experience, here are a few tips to help you navigate:

 

  • When booking a color service; a haircut or blow out needs to be booked separately by using the "add another service button." It is not added automatically.

  • Please note that a haircut service includes a blowout.

  • A formal up-do style does not include a blowout and we ask that you arrive with clean, dry hair for this service.

  • To book an appointment for hair extensions, corrective color, keratin treatments or any other service that you do not see listed – we ask that you call the salon directly at 732-366-9636.
